Dear Students
The time has come for you to read and analyse some poems by Thomas Stearns Eliot and David Herbert Lawrence, besides we will read The Way up to Heaven by Roald Dahl.
Today you will get organised into 7 groups (I will do it... sorry ; ( )
Once you have the text and questions please start working on it. In 3 days (Thursday and Friday) you will share your information with your classmates. You must use an oral presentation format, you can just talk or use digital resources. The more creative and visual you are the better mark you get.
All of you must read all the texts, it is a must to participate and take part to provide suggestions and different answers for other groups.

Modernist authors felt betrayed by the war, believing the institutions in which they were taught to believe had led the civilized world into a bloody conflict. They no longer considered these institutions as reliable means to access the meaning of life, and therefore turned within themselves to discover the answers.
Their antipathy towards traditional institutions found its way into their writing, not just in content, but in form
