First, this post teach many students how to do a great e-mail or letter in English. That's so important because the teenagers of these days don't know how to write a formal letter and maybe with this post they start writting better e-mails.
Secondly, this post is complete because it have an example and the essential components to do a good letter/e-mail, so is eassier to understand and learn.
